I’ve officially started a yoga series. I’ve never tried yoga before, in fact, I’m not the most flexible person ever. So I’ve always been scared to try. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks so much!

  1. Start slow, if you’re taking a class don’t just jump into the hardest pose that everyone else is doing. Yoga is a great way to become more flexible, to stretch and to relax your mind, but with this being said with any new physical activity you are more susceptible to injury’s because your body isn’t used to moving like that. Take things at your own pace and you will be fine.
